Dr. Crowley grew up in Washington, attended Kalamazoo College in Michigan for his bachelor's degree in biology, and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. After dental school, he returned to the Pacific Northwest and opened his practice in Stanwood because the community reminded him of home.
